UTTAR PRADESH DEFEATS TEAM RAJASTHAN AS AARADHYA YADAV SHINES

Jaipur: Uttar Pradesh’s Aaradhya Yadav scored a second century in a row in Vijay Merchant u16 Tournament against Team Rajasthan as they defeated Rajasthan by an innings and. The match was played at KL Saini Stadium Jaipur from 12 November to 15 November.

Aaradhya Yadav who was recently selected and appointed as captain of Uttar Pradesh u16 team enjoyed a decent run of form in the previous games (21, 58 and 158*) which has been a good signs for the team.  Against Rajasthan he played a typical test match inning scoring 119 in 263 balls at a strike rate of 45.25.

Aaradhya is a student of Ryan International School, Mayur Vihar and currently studying in Grade 9. He participated in many tournaments held at Delhi, Uttarakhand, Kerala and showcased his batting and keeping skills. Also Aaradhya was part of the team participating in South Africa, England and Australia and helped his team crossing the winning line. Till date, Aaradhya has a record of total 60 centuries including 3 double hundreds and 1 triple hundred. His father is a policemen in Delhi Police. Not only this Aaradhya’s elder brother is also part of U19 camp and has already been a part of U16 Uttar Pradesh Team.
