Surrey: India’s recent struggles in the game of Squash continues as the top ranked player for India Saurav Ghosal crashed out of the Quarter Finals of the Channel VAS Championship 2018, a PSA world tour gold event late on Friday.
Saurav Ghosal, who recently moved to his career best ranking of 11, ended his run in Channel VAS Championship 2018 after losing to the fourth seed Karim Abdel Gawad of Egypt 11-7, 11-3, 11-8 in the last 8.Saurav got a bye in the first round and defeated Mathieu Castagnet 11-5, 11-7, 11-5 in the second round. But it was again one of the Egyptians who stood in Saurav’s way.
